About 2UP

2UP Holdings Pty Ltd was established in 2009 in Melbourne specifically to research, develop, enter and exploit the global on-line gambling market. Since then 2up has been focussed on research and preparations, leading to:

  • Granting of a conditional interactive gaming license that was granted by the Government of Vanuatu on 12 May 2010 for a period of 15 years through Kingfisher Limited, a Vanuatu company established for the purpose;
  • Incorporation of 2UP Gaming PLC (UK Company No 7501485) in January 2011 as a public company with its registered office in England as a global head office;
  • 2Up Gaming PLC purchase of 100% shareholding in 2UP Holdings Pty Ltd and Kingfisher Limited;
  • Establishment of management/operations structure, an external corporate advisory team and external governance providers and suppliers for major areas of the proposed business;
  • 2UP Gaming PLC listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in May 2011
  • Launch of 2up.com January 2012, with Poker, Casino & Sports betting
